2. Service Description

CV Creator is an online tool that allows users to create a professional CV using customizable templates and an intuitive drag-and-drop editor. The service provides high-quality PDF export of the created CV. No user account is required. The CV data is stored exclusively in the user's browser.

3. Pricing and Payment

The service is available for a one-time fee of €2 (two euros) including all taxes. VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of PDF download.

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment, the PDF file is made available for immediate download in your browser. You may also choose to receive the PDF and a payment receipt by email — this is optional and requires you to provide your email address on the confirmation page.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal of 14 days does not apply to digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium and whose execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and explicit waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By proceeding with payment and initiating the PDF download, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the digital service and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

6. Refund Policy

Given the immediate digital nature of the service and the express waiver of the right of withdrawal, no refund is due after the PDF has been downloaded. However, if a technical failure prevented you from accessing or downloading your PDF, please contact us at paulabnsr@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the CV Creator platform (source code, templates, design, graphics, text) are the exclusive property of Paul Abensour or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written permission is prohibited.

The CV you create using CV Creator is your intellectual property. By using the service, you grant no rights over your CV content to CV Creator.

8. Limitation of Liability

CV Creator is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the fitness of the service for a particular purpose or the accuracy of its output. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (€2). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at paulabnsr@gmail.com. If no amicable solution can be reached, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
